Warsha Super Warranty

The Warranty Covers:

  • The warranty is valid for one year and commences on the date of device’s original purchase invoice. The warranty covers damage, malfunction and unintentional liquid damages that occur under normal use for the following parts:

iPhone/iPad:

  • Cameras: Broken lens or camera dysfunctions

  • Device’s operation and control buttons:  All type of damages

  • Screen: Broken or non-responsive screens, the screen will not be replaced if it has slight scratches that does not affect the visual or the operation.  

  • Battery: One time replacement during the warranty period for any problem.

  • Headphones socket: All type of damages.

  • Device’s Speakers and Microphones: All type of damages.

  • Wi-Fi Antenna: When losing connectivity.

  • Device’s charging port: One time replacement during the warranty period if the device stopped charging continuously or occasionally.

  • Exterior body of the device: In case of physical fractures

Mac Laptop & Desktop:

  • Screen: Broken or non-responsive screens, the screen will not be replaced if it has slight scratches that does not affect the visual or the operation.  

  • Cameras: Camera dysfunctions

  • Keyboard and trackpad: Broken keys or dysfunctions

  • Battery: One time replacement during the warranty period for any problem.

  • Headphones socket: All type of damages.

  • Device’s Speakers and Microphones: All type of damages.

  • Wi-Fi Antenna: When losing connectivity.

  • Device’s charging port: One time replacement during the warranty period if the device stopped charging continuously or occasionally.

  • Exterior body of the device: In case of physical fractures

LED TVs:

  • Device’s operation and control buttons: All type of damages

  • Screen: Broken or non-responsive screens, the screen will not be replaced if it has slight scratches or if the color fades due to normal use

  • Headphones socket: All type of damages.

  • Device’s Speakers and Microphones: All type of damages.

  • HDMI, DVI, AV ports: All type of damages

  • Wi-Fi Antenna: When losing connectivity

  • Bluetooth: When losing connectivity

  • Camera: Dysfunction

  • Power Inlet: All type of damages. The warranty does not cover power adapters or any other power related accessories

The Warranty does not cover:

  • Manufacturer defects, lost data, applications that are not related to the operating system, device accessories like charger and headphones, damage due to misuse, stolen or lost devices, damage due to natural or exceptional circumstances (such as fires, earthquakes, etc.) and damage that does not affect the use of the device.

  • The warranty will be considered cancelled if device is fixed outside Warsha service centers or if device’s serial number is missing (fully/partially or altered).

Other Conditions:

  • The warranty covers the value of all spare parts and labor cost.

  • Warsha has the absolute rights to define the type and repair value of all damages

  • The warranty covers all the previously listed repairs till it's repairs/replacements cost reach 90% of the device original purchased price stated on the invoice (except the battery and the charging port – which will be replaced only one time and the cost will be included with the total repairs' value) the warranty will expire once the total repairs value reaches 90% of the device purchased price stated on the invoice.

  • To take advantage of the warranty, the original invoice should be presented to Warsha.

  • The customer should bring the device to any Warsha Service Center and pick it up.

  • Warsha offers delivery services and the customer has the right to ask for this service and pay extra fees to Warsha.

     

 

Warsha Extended Warranty

Terms & Conditions for Extended Warranty:

  • Distributor’s Manufacturer’s warranty period must first be exhausted before we will step in and take responsibility for the replacement or repair of the defective device.
  • The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and workmanship.

The Warranty does not cover:

  • Periodic checks, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
  • Abuse or misuse, including but not solely limited to the failure to use the product for its normal purposes or in accordance with instructions on usage and maintenance.
  • Defects resulting from usage of the product in conjunction with accessories that are not approved by manufacturer for use with this product.
  • Failure of the product arising from incorrect installation or use not consistent with the instructions and technical or safety standards prescribed in the product user manual available to download online.
  • Accidents, natural disaster, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations or any cause beyond the control of manufacturer.
  • Damage of the battery caused by overcharging or failure to use in accordance with the specific instructions of core outlined in the product user manual.
  • The serial no. on the product has been altered, deleted, removed or made illegible.

Other Conditions:

  • To take advantage of the warranty, the original invoice should be presented to Warsha.com.
  • The customer should bring the device to any Warsha.com location and pick it up.
  • Warsha.com offers delivery services, the customer has the right to ask for this service and pay extra fees to the service center.
