Lavistina 8Mg 100 Tablets
A therapeutic formula used to treat Meniere's disease and other balance disorders resulting from problems in the inner ear.
Indications:
- Used to relieve symptoms of Meniere’s disease, such as dizziness, vertigo (dizziness linked with vomiting or nausea), tinnitus, and hearing loss.
- Helps improve blood flow in the inner ear, reducing pressure buildup.
Main Active Ingredient:
- Betahistine Dihydrochloride 8 mg.
Precautions:
- Use only under medical supervision.
- Store below 30°C, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless prescribed by a doctor.
Side Effects:
- May cause mild headache, nausea, or stomach discomfort.
- Rarely, allergic reactions such as rash or swelling may occur.
Drug-Drug Interactions:
- Use with caution with antihistamines such as Diphenhydramine, Chlorpheniramine, Cetirizine, or Loratadine, as they may reduce the effect of Betahistine.
- Inform your doctor if you are taking medications for asthma or allergies such as Salbutamol, Theophylline, or Montelukast, as they may interact with Betahistine.
