Salcrozine 1g 100Tab
- A medication used to treat inflammatory bowel disease by reducing intestinal inflammation
- Thereby relieving abdominal pain, diarrhea, and rectal bleeding while maintaining remission.
Indications:
- Treatment of mildly to moderately active ulcerative colitis.
- Maintenance of remission in ulcerative colitis.
- Maintenance of remission of Crohn's ileocolitis and other forms of inflammatory bowel disease.
Main Active Ingredient:
- Mesalazine 1 g.
Precautions:
- Regular monitoring of kidney and liver function is recommended during treatment.
- Not suitable for individuals allergic to mesalazine, salicylates, or sulfasalazine.
- Use with caution in patients with asthma, heart conditions, or renal impairment.
- Ensure adequate fluid intake to reduce the risk of kidney stones.
Side Effects:

Drug-Drug Interactions:
- Anticoagulants such as warfarin.
